At Charming Charlie, we want you to love your colorful finds; if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience remains as delightful as our accessories.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and protective seals are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed to your original payment method.
